What we collect
Buyers: no account is required to browse. If you submit a Request Info form, we collect the name, email, optional phone number and message you provide.
Listers: we collect your email and password credentials (handled by our authentication provider), plus the contact details and property information you publish.
How we use it
Inquiry details are shared with the lister of the property you contacted so they can respond to you directly. Listing content you publish is public. We use aggregate, non-identifying usage data to improve the site.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not resell buyer leads to third parties or gate them behind a fee.
Storage and security
Data is stored with our hosting and database provider using access controls that limit listing and inquiry records to the lister who owns them. Listing photos are stored in private storage and served through time-limited links.
Your choices
Listers can pause or delete their listings at any time from the dashboard. To request access to or deletion of information we hold about you, contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Third parties
Listing detail pages embed a Google Maps view, which is subject to Google's own privacy policy. Payment processing is not currently enabled.
